    Lose 17lbs in one week.

    1. Drink a cup of laxative tea the night before you start the diet. The next morning, drink a salt water flush. Make the salt water flush by adding 2 tsp. of sea salt to 32 oz. of warm water. Drink the entire amount. This will stimulate several liquid bowel movements during the day. Drink the salt water flush every day while on the diet.

    2. Squeeze enough lemon to make 2 tbs. of lemon juice (about half a lemon). Add the lemon juice to 10 oz. of distilled water

    3. Add 1/10 tsp. of cayenne chili pepper and 2 tbs. of grade B maple syrup to the lemon juice. Drink 6 to 12 glasses per day. For maximum weight loss, drink only six glasses of the mixture.

This has always been my dilemma.

Narealize ko (actually palagi) na napaka-swerte ng mga anak na ang mother nila is a FULLTIME HOUSEWIFE/MOM, unlike sa case namin na we have a Mother at the same time she is a career woman. Meaning, she also works for the family to support some of the financial needs. 

Ang nanay ko bukod sa pagiging Nanay sa aming tatlong magkakapatid, sya rin ay isang Nurse, at ngayon business woman na rin. Ang duty nya ay pwedeng 6am-2pm, o kaya’y 2pm-10pm at minsa’y 10pm-6am. At sa mga duty hours nyang yan ay tumatao pa sya sa tindahan sa tabi ng hospital nila after nya sa duty. She is superwoman i guess. 

It was hard not seeing her everyday, lalo na’t im staying in lipa and only comes home during weekends. Everytime na uuwi ako, tanong ko agad sa kanya, “duty ka?” At most of the time ang sagot nya ay “Oo”. At mahirap din talaga na Nurse sya, dahil minsan sa gabi pag-uuwi ako, wala pa sya, tapos the next day pala 6am duty nya, kaya di ko na sya aabutan pag-gising ko. Pag minsan naman pag-umuwi sya matutulog na sya. So wala rin.

Kaming magkakapatid, hindi kami lumaking may nanay na palaging maghahanda ng breakfast namin before kaming pumasok sa school. In other words, sa kakarampot na oras ng Nanay ko imposibleng magawa pa nya lahat ng gawaing bahay.

But still, i salute my nanay for doing everything for us. Dahil kung tutuusin pwede naman syang sa bahay na lang at di na magtrabaho eh, pero mas pinili nyang magpuyat sa mga duty nya at tulungan si tatay sa pagsuporta sa mga kailangan namin.

Kaya nga, i cant wait na maka-graduate, magtrabaho at makapag-ipon para one day, hindi na kailangan ni nanay at tatay na magtrabaho. At para kami naman ang magbalik ng lahat ng naibigay nila samin.

PS: Pahalagahan natin ang parents natin. Lalong-lalo na tayong may mga ALL AROUND MOM.

       Today i woke up at exactly 4:30 in the morning and went jogging at Sampaloc lake.  I jogged around it twice for an hour and 5 mins. to be exact.
